Justyn Waterman

I am a qualified transformative coach who is passionate about helping individuals to find new pathways to success. I have helped clients to overcome limiting beliefs, combat self doubt and build confidence and supported clients through career changes. 

My own career path has shifted and changed over many years. I studied at the Royal College of Music; worked at a world-renowned concert hall in London; served as senior leader in schools across both the state and private sectors for 15 years; before finally becoming a coach in 2020. These transitions have helped me learn how to embrace change through hard work, reflective practices and actioning of goals. 

Clients often ask how I can help them, considering I don’t have direct experience of their field of work. As a coach, my role is to be your companion on your journey, someone who listens intently to your needs and desires, and challenges you to achieve them. I don’t need to know how your industry works to be able to do this – you already have that knowledge. 

Outside of coaching, I have a passion for music and I still play regularly with orchestras and bands that perform regularly. I love spending time with my wife and two children and enjoy trying to play football.
