Coach
Emer Pateman is a coach and wellbeing specialist who qualified with the Neuroleadership Institute in 2017. Her coaching methodology is deeply rooted in neuroscience, employing a brain-based approach to empower her clients.
Emer is from a small town in West Cork, Ireland, and studied German and Spanish at university. This academic pursuit took her to Spain, where she immersed herself in a new culture while teaching English as a foreign language. In 2012, she transitioned to London, leveraging her prior Montessori teaching qualification to manage nursery schools. It was here that Emer gained her first taste of leadership and management, navigating the delicate balance of stakeholders - teachers, children, and parents.
However, her career path took a transformative turn upon discovering coaching, an experience that not only reshaped her leadership style but also her mindset and outlook on life. This marked the beginning of her personal development journey, inspiring her to harmonize workplace wellbeing with her coaching practice.
Emer's expertise spans individual (private and corporate) and group coaching, alongside conducting wellbeing workshops tailored for organizations. Additionally, she hosts accessible webinars designed for anyone who wants to take control of their wellbeing.
Specializing in coaching leaders seeking enhanced self-confidence, improved habits, and refined behaviours to optimize their performance, Emer delves into the intricacies of how the brain functions and often works against us. Her aim is to equip individuals with actionable insights to unlock hidden reserves of energy and motivation.
Let Emer guide you in harnessing the innate power of your brain to unearth and maximize your full potential!
